The capacity is 105 guests.
Easy drive-up access to the front doors.
Tables (Fifteen 60" round, five 8' rectangle, three 6' rectangle) and chairs are provided at no additional cost.
The hall includes a stage which can accomodate a DJ.
You have access to our kitchen that includes a refrigerator/freezer and ample working space. We have a warming unit that may be rented for $50.
Alcohol: Only wine and beer (in bottles/cans - no kegs or barrels) are allowed to be served.
Our caretaker is on premises during the entire party to assist you.
We rent to only one event per day.
All events must end by 11:30pm. Music must end by 11pm.
Rental Rates: $700 for first six hours $100 per additional hour
Rental time includes set-up & clean-up/removal of your belongings.
Downpayment of $200 and signing of the contract and rental regulations holds the date for your event. Balance is due one month prior to the event.
A $200 security deposit is required for each party, and is payable one month prior to the event.
Security deposits are mailed to the renter one week after the event, provided there is no damage to the hall, and the Rules and Regulations have been adhered to.
