In addition to our annual listing, during our 2023-2024 Club Year, the Woman's Club of Rutherford also supported:
- Soles For Souls : Turning unwanted shoes into opportunity, by keeping them from going to waste and putting them to good use – providing relief, creating jobs and empowering people to break the cycle of poverty.
- Free the Girls: We donate new and gently used bras to Adore Me, who has a partnership with Free the Girls, who assists sex-trafficking survivors.

Girl’s Career Institute
Each year, the club sponsors a High School Junior as its delegate to attend Girls Career Institute at Douglass College. The Institute takes place on the Douglass College Campus of Rutgers University in June.
The Girls Career Institute is a unique and life changing experience for young women from all over the state. It provides them with a taste of college life, the opportunity to live in a dormitory, and to meet delegates from all over the state. More importantly, it offers them an opportunity to learn of the many career options available to young women today.
